About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team at Pearl. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive paid media strategy to drive growth and revenue for our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Management: Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other channels to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Media Planning and Buying: Develop and execute media plans to reach our target audience, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Performance Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to stakeholders on media performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our design and email teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies, providing support for paid media initiatives.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by aligning paid media efforts with long-term growth goals, working directly with the CMO to develop scalable media strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media, with extensive experience in D2C e-commerce growth.
  • Expert knowledge in Google Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong proficiency with Shopify.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize for ROAS while identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
