Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced HR Operations Director to join our Talent Onboarding Solutions team in the Americas. As a key member of our global team, you'll be responsible for delivering flawless execution of HR processes and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

In this role, you'll lead a high-performing team, manage operational reviews, and implement quality audits to ensure standardization and efficiency. You'll work closely with local and regional teams, including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Contact Center, to drive seamless execution of end-to-end Talent Onboarding Solutions processes.

You'll also participate in global projects, drive automation and AI initiatives, and collaborate with other HR functions to deliver a positive employee experience. If you have strong leadership skills, operational excellence experience, and a customer-oriented approach, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead team engagement and establish a set of values to promote achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and motivate team members to achieve service standards by identifying performance gaps and providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of global, diverse talent and enable a High-Performance Culture within the team.
  • Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
  • Ensure alignment with leadership team goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required Years of Related Experience: 8 + years progressive HR experience, with minimum 3 years in a management role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to establish credibility and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in Leadership and Career counseling, problem-solving, and managing cross-functional services teams or HR teams.
  • Operational Excellence experience, including management of SLAs and development of KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and presentation skills.
