Regional Human Resources Director for Latin America

We are seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Director to lead our HR strategy and operations across the LATAM region.
Responsibilities- Oversight of HR operations across the LATAM region, including Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina, as well as external partners in Peru.
- Acting as a top-level HR business partner, providing strategic HR support and guidance to leadership in the LATAM region.
- Planning, coordinating, and managing Human Resources strategy for the LATAM region to align with Betsson's global goals.
- Supporting and guiding local HR managers on organization development, leadership, team building, employee relations, and other people-related matters.
- Implementing and driving talent management initiatives to support business objectives, including performance management, career development, and training.
- Oversight of payroll, compensation, and HR budget compliance across LATAM offices, ensuring alignment with Betsson's policies.
- At least 6 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, international environment, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management to implement regional HR strategies.
- Solid understanding of Colombian labour law; knowledge of labour law in other LATAM countries is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with Portuguese considered a plus.
- A competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
