  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve Oracle's customer service.
  • Support the implementation of enterprise-class, mission-critical applications.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese.

Work with medium-sized clients to develop long-term partnerships, ensuring they realize the full value of their investment with Oracle. Maintain high client satisfaction by serving as a liaison between clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify opportunities for product expansion and upselling. Share information across the CSM team via defined methods.
