As a Client Success Specialist III at Oracle, you will play a critical role in driving maximum adoption of our solutions and identifying opportunities for product expansion. You will work closely with high-value clients to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to ensure their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to provide timely issue resolution and improve the client experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and drive product expansion opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the Client Success team to drive consistency and excellence
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting the implementation of enterprise-class, mission-critical applications
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
