As a Client Success Specialist III at Oracle, you will play a critical role in driving maximum adoption of our solutions and identifying opportunities for product expansion. Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional teams to provide timely issue resolution and improve the client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and drive product expansion opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Share knowledge and best practices across the Client Success team to drive consistency and excellence
- Experience supporting the implementation of enterprise-class, mission-critical applications
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
