Job Title: Associate III, Alternate Solutions Group

CIBC, a leading Canadian-based global financial institution, is seeking an experienced Associate III to join its Alternate Solutions Group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution efforts in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead new client origination across ASG products, targeting financial institutions, public sector clients, and corporates in the LATAM region.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, including complex RFP documents, pitchbooks, presentation decks, brochures, and digital media.
  • Manage existing client relationships, developing and executing specific client strategies to drive material YoY revenue growth.
  • Structure and negotiate complex client agreements, leading KYC processes and on-boarding of new clients in the LATAM region.
  • Develop a robust distribution strategy supporting new client acquisition for existing products in the LATAM region.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Capital Markets and FinTech environments, with extensive experience in selling technology-enabled payment solutions.
  • Proven track record of generating material revenue from new businesses, with ability to acquire new clients on mass.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with fluency in Portuguese or other languages a plus.
  • Experience managing global sales strategy, coaching marketers across regions, and proficient with sales reporting functions.
