Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating value for customers by following processes and providing solutions to customers that enable growth. You will also help identify and overcome barriers to employee and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions about packages and collaborate with other team members to find solutions to facilitate delivery when necessary.
- Maintain awareness of performance goals and results.
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicator metrics (i.e., Customer Survey Scores, Quality, Customer Impact Time, and Adherence to Schedule).
- Submit ideas and solutions to improve the UPS experience.
- Develop multiskills to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and listening skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a high attention to detail.
- Customer service experience.
- English proficiency (70% conversational) is mandatory.
- Systems management (Office) skills.
- 45 weekly hours.
- Teleworking 100%.
- Grade: 007.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $55,000 and $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
