Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Ninja, you'll be responsible for providing accurate information about products and services to customers, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Properly and accurately document customer interactions in the organization's CRM
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- 2 years customer service experience or equivalent in a blended voice/chat environment
- English proficient
- For L3 - experience in dealing with billing and invoicing queries
- Experience using CRM tools, such as eCW and Salesforce
- Experience using communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams
- Experience using billing tools, such as Vericle
