Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Ninja, you'll be responsible for providing accurate information about products and services to customers, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Properly and accurately document customer interactions in the organization's CRM
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • 2 years customer service experience or equivalent in a blended voice/chat environment
  • English proficient
  • For L3 - experience in dealing with billing and invoicing queries
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using CRM tools, such as eCW and Salesforce
  • Experience using communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams
  • Experience using billing tools, such as Vericle
