About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at iQor. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner, addressing all inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Place outbound calls to communicate with customers, building lasting relationships based on trust and reliability.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent and consistent customer service.
  • Take ownership of customer needs and issues, striving for first call resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate, or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in a production environment is beneficial, as well as problem-solving skills and ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.
  • You must be able to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrate empathy and compassion, and have strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
