Our diverse presence is matched by the scope of our manufacturing facilities, which cover 14 countries worldwide. Moreover, our products are sold in more than 130 countries globally.
We are currently looking for a highly skilled professional to take up the position of Regional Business Development Manager for the Andean region. This role is open to candidates from the food color/ingredient industry, with a preference for those based in Colombia. As a mid-management level professional working 5 days a week, you will report directly to the CEO - Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive strategies for domestic markets, focusing on synthetic colors, natural colors, dehydrated foods, and freeze-dried foods.
- Operational Oversight: Lead the oversight of daily sales team operations, ensuring the successful implementation of key performance indicators.
- Strategic Execution: Drive the execution of sales, marketing, and product innovation strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Leadership and Vision: Promote ROHA's brand values, culture, and sustainability through your leadership, inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
- Market Expansion: Develop a strong B2B sales and marketing function for synthetic & natural colors, establishing long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Manage sales channels, dealer distributor networks, and brand reputation risks, ensuring the protection of ROHA's interests.
- Tactical Programs: Develop and implement tactical programs to drive business growth, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee the delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to key customers in natural and synthetic colors, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers through targeted activities, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Talent Development: Oversee key hiring and talent development programs, evaluating investments in talent to drive future success.
- Communication: Effectively communicate the company's strategy and results to the team, promoting transparency and trust.
- Strategic Planning: Develop a clear strategic plan for the organization or business unit, guiding decision-making and resource allocation.
- Credit Management: Manage outstanding and credit processes with key customers, ensuring timely payment and resolution of any disputes.
- Market Development: Identify and develop markets for Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela, expanding ROHA's presence in these regions.
- Business Growth: Develop business in our markets, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
