Estamos en la búsqueda de un Business Development Manager para Colombia que lidere la implementación de nuestra estrategia en ciberseguridad en colaboración con Microsoft . Este es un rol clave para nuestra estructura regional, ya que será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento en seguridad para la región MCA (Multi-Country Area) , trabajando transversalmente en las verticales de Azure y Modern Work .

Descripción del Rol:

El Business Development Manager será el punto de referencia para la estrategia de Seguridad de Microsoft en la región. Tendrá la misión de desarrollar las iniciativas de crecimiento, trabajar junto con los equipos comerciales y técnicos de cada país, y asegurar que la ejecución de la estrategia se adapte a las necesidades del mercado local.

Responsabilidades Clave:
  1. Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de crecimiento para soluciones de seguridad en la región de MCA, trabajando en colaboración con Microsoft y equipos internos.
  2. Actuar como referente técnico en la suite de seguridad de Microsoft y en sus soluciones de Modern Work y Azure .
  3. Acompañar a los territorios en la identificación de oportunidades y en la creación de propuestas de valor que fortalezcan las relaciones con los resellers y clientes.
  4. Ser el enlace entre los equipos técnicos de Microsoft y el equipo comercial de TD SYNNEX, facilitando el entendimiento de las soluciones y la ejecución de la estrategia de crecimiento en seguridad.
  5. Proponer y ejecutar planes de acción que impulsen la penetración del mercado en las dos principales verticales: Modern Work y Cloud (Azure) .
Requisitos del Candidato:
  1. Educación : Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Tecnología de la Información, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  2. Experiencia : Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles de desarrollo de negocios o gestión de producto en el sector de tecnología, con un enfoque en soluciones de seguridad y/o cloud.
  3. Conocimiento Técnico : Experiencia comprobada en la suite de Microsoft: Modern Work y/o Azure .
  4. Habilidades Comerciales : Capacidad para desarrollar estrategias de negocio, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y crear planes de acción efectivos.
  5. Competencias Interpersonales : Habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo para trabajar de manera transversal con equipos comerciales y técnicos en múltiples regiones.
Perfil del Candidato Ideal:
  1. Experiencia Técnica y Comercial (60%-40%) : Se requiere un equilibrio entre conocimientos técnicos en seguridad y la capacidad de desarrollar estrategias comerciales. El 60% del rol se enfoca en la parte técnica, mientras que el 40% estará orientado a la habilidad de negocio.
  2. Conocimiento en Soluciones de Microsoft : Experiencia previa en la suite de Microsoft y conocimiento de las principales soluciones de seguridad de la marca.
  3. Habilidades Estratégicas : Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollar planes de acción.
