About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager Americas to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and expansion in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal business plans to identify opportunities for growth and alignment
  • Develop forecasting models and scenarios analysis to inform business decisions
  • Evaluate competitive trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities and threats
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and obtain relevant information for business management
  • Prepare and contribute to regional and country-level budget and forecast documents
  • Identify synergies between common initiatives and Sales & Operations activities in the Region
  • Ensure group and sales strategies, policies, and applicable laws are fully respected
  • Continuously improve, implement, and execute Global Blue processes, including project planning
  • Support and coordinate local organizations to ensure high-quality execution of one-time projects and/or process changes
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, analysis, and log information
