LATAM Senior Client Relations Manager

As a Senior Client Relations Manager for the LATAM region at Appinio, you will drive growth and establish long-term partnerships across the region. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and leveraging your industry expertise to provide tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth: Actively hunt for new clients and leverage your network and/or experience in the region to unlock growth opportunities.
- Manage Key Accounts: Build and nurture long-term partnerships, leveraging upsell and cross-sell opportunities within major accounts.
- Develop Strategic Plans: Create and execute tailored account strategies, providing tools and resources to optimize performance.
- Lead Enterprise Sales: Manage complex sales engagements, focusing on both new business (hunting) and expanding current accounts (farming) across LATAM's major markets.
- Optimize Sales Strategy: Implement data-driven strategies to streamline sales cycles (targeting under 60 days) and improve efficiency.
- Apply Industry Expertise: Use your market research to consult clients and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate & Present: Present complex ideas clearly and negotiate large deals, addressing challenges effectively.
- Leverage Data: Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track pipelines and make data-informed sales decisions.
- 10+ years of proven senior sales experience in Market Research, actively consulting clients from diverse industries.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully acquire new clients, particularly in the LATAM region, and develop relationships from initial contact to closing (experience in Enterprise selling).
- Strong network in LATAM, especially within major economies like Mexico or Colombia, and are skilled at building and managing relationships in this region.
- In-depth understanding of the market research industry and familiarity with research methodologies, tools, and platforms (experience with AI-powered solutions is a plus).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking pipelines, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur, identifying opportunities, and taking ownership of initiatives.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach, especially in challenging situations, to drive success.
- Ability to clearly present complex ideas and negotiate large deals effectively while establishing key relationships and strategies.
- Proficient in Spanish and English (Portuguese would be a plus).
- Based in Mexico or Colombia.
