Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a program manager, you will lead client engagements focused on operationalizing innovation in the federal market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client success strategies to drive innovation and agility within government missions.
  • Establish clear client retention goals and milestones, consistently checking in on progress toward goals.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively craft solutions with support from the client success leadership team.
  • Provide creative, novel perspectives and approaches to how the government operates in the areas of policy, acquisitions, finance, culture, and processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of exceptional quality and superior value-add work to clients.
  • Deliver workshops, write assessments and reports, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to help clients solve their toughest problems.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience; preferably some experience working with DoD or the Army.
  • Ability to analyze and visualize data for clients using statistical software, open source programming languages, or business intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of contract management and government finance and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated experience and application in one or more of the following areas: government culture-change, data analytics/visualization, and/or communications materials.
  • Proven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
