The Security Program Manager assigned to a specific client will be responsible for developing all security programs, personnel, contractors, and consultants. The manager will be responsible for the strategic identification of security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities as well as the prevention and protection of the client's employees, assets, property, product, and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent Pinkerton's Core Values: Demonstrate integrity, vigilance, and excellence in all interactions.
- Lead Security Risk Assessments: Implement Security 360° assessments in assigned sites to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Manage Security Performance Reports: Produce and deliver timely regional security performance reports to the Leadership Team and Corporate Security, using the reports to facilitate discussions with country key stakeholders on security challenges and activities.
- Coordinate Security Awareness Programs: Collaborate with the client to deploy the Security Awareness Program in the Region.
- Lead Incident Responses: Respond to incidents as they arise and conduct investigations in close collaboration with the client.
- Provide Security Advice: Offer security advice and support for high-level events in the region.
- Contribute to Regional Influence: Proactively produce impactful risk-based-intelligence-led security communication to influence the regional organization.
- Advise Sites on Security: Advise sites on Security Risk Management and Security Improvement Plan implementation.
- Other Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Security, Law, Administration, Logistics, or a related field (CPP, PSP are plus). 3 years of proven experience working in Security/FM in the private sector.
