Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Performance Strategist to join our team in Teleperformance Deutschland. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the brand's digital campaigns in assigned countries.

About You
  • An expert in campaign performance, skilled in coordinating, monitoring, and reporting the performance of paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • A Google Tag Manager Specialist, proficient in implementing and managing tags to effectively track user behavior and campaign performance.
  • A data management pro, experienced in managing databases with SQL Server, creating dashboards using Power BI, and leveraging tools like Python and RPA.
  • A data-driven strategist, adept at analyzing data to uncover opportunities for optimization and improve digital marketing strategies.
  • A collaborative goal-setter, works closely with multiple teams to define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for assigned markets.
  • A results communicator, develops reports and dashboards to effectively present insights and results to stakeholders.
About the Role
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a role focused on performance optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Power BI, Python, and SQL Server.
