A leading laboratory instrumentation and services company, Anton Paar TriTec SA, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between the company's headquarters in Graz, Austria, and the local accounting team.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and manage accounting processes, including financial operations, cash flow management, and accounts receivable collection.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Process accounting entries, manage taxes and tax reports, and collaborate with external auditors and the head office to ensure compliance.
  • Manage payroll operations in conjunction with an external service provider.
  • Prepare financial reports, analyses, and budget plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and maintain necessary insurance policies for personnel, assets, and other company resources.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial management.
  • Experience working in an international industrial company, with a focus on cross-cultural competence.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in SAP modules (MM, SD, FI) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to set up and manage a small team in an international setting.
