Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Director to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts in Colombia. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving consistency and alignment of planning and reporting timelines and methodology for the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop and monitor key KPIs for ad-hoc, short- and long-term planning to ensure accurate financial forecasting and analysis.
  • Drive Budgeting and Forecasting Processes: Drive the planning and execution of annual and strategic budgeting processes, consolidating financial planning of all operational groups.
  • Manage Financial Forecasting: Manage and maintain best-in-class monthly and ad-hoc financial forecasting processes in collaboration with commercial and marketing finance counterparts.
  • Lead Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of insightful reporting of financial and operating results for senior leadership.
  • Manage FP&A and Reporting Teams: Manage Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and reporting teams to ensure optimal alignment and high-performance.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in the country's application of global controls and policies.
  • Lead Cost Efficiency Efforts: Lead cost efficiency efforts for Colombia, coordinating forecasting, defining areas of responsibility, and monitoring progress.
  • Analyze Business Opportunities: Analyze proposed business opportunities, projects, and other pending decisions to determine the impact on the company's financial results and to identify ways to improve the economics for the Company.
  • Prepare Business Updates: Prepare business updates and other ad-hoc senior management presentations.
