About the Job

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of 15 employees, balancing needs across 30+ clients to ensure every brand meets its goals.
  2. Drive alignment across teams, including PPC, SEO, WEB, and Client Services.
  3. Ensure teams drive performance and meet established targets/KPIs.
  4. Engage in ongoing customer conversations to refine product-market fit and improve overall performance/CSAT levels.
  5. Analyze market and industry trends to continuously refine strategies.
  6. Create processes and procedures that foster cohesive marketing strategies and enable teams to drive performance consistently.

Example Tasks:

  1. Onboarding: Ensure first-class customer onboarding process across all product offerings.
  2. Fulfillment: Oversee campaign performance, including strategy, setup, analysis, and reporting.
  3. SOPs: Write detailed processes and documentation for consistent outcomes.
  4. Training: Develop a learning framework to cultivate a growth mindset among team members.
  5. Client Relations: Lead proactive and transparent communication with clients regarding performance and growth opportunities.
  6. Revenue Growth: Support sales and client services teams by participating in calls to close new opportunities or retain relationships.
  7. Innovation: Test new strategies and approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Partnerships: Support partnership growth with priority publishers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in search engine marketing, with expertise in PPC, SEO, WEB, and CRO.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency, preferably serving high-ticket clients.
  • Solid understanding of running a tier 1 marketing operation, managing systems, and KPI benchmarks.
  • Strong collaborative mindset for cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in marketing tech stack, centered around SFDC.
  • Experience running operations and processes using Project Management Software like ClickUp.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1+ English level).
  • Willingness to travel and grow an international marketing team.

Compensation: A competitive compensation package with base + bonus and stock options. Salary will depend on qualifications and track record.
