- Enter and update service requests in the work order system as necessary.
- Assist with general maintenance issues and coordinate service requests.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to manage office supplies and maintenance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both staff and visitors.
- Oversee logistics related to office operations, including transportation and IT/AV equipment management.
- Contribute to budgeting and cost control initiatives.
- Engage in internal projects aimed at enhancing workplace efficiency and experience.
- Facilitate access for facility management providers to conduct maintenance in line with safety protocols.
- Ensure that all customer-facing technology is functioning correctly and address any technical issues promptly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- You are completing or have completed a degree in an Administrative field (such as Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong administrative capabilities are essential.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- You possess a strong service orientation and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with diverse individuals.
- You are detail-oriented and approach problem-solving proactively.
