Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Engineer Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for onboarding suppliers via technical methods to the Coupa platform. You'll work closely with our customers, suppliers, and employees to co-create ideas and innovations that drive results.

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or in our office. If you're passionate about technology, customer success, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

The Technical Engineer Specialist will be part of a collaborative environment infused with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability. Your primary focus will be on assisting assigned suppliers in completing their enablement tasks, from initial contact to integration and beyond. You'll prioritize strategic suppliers based on record information and ensure seamless connections between our platform and their systems.

You'll also comprehend the value proposition of transacting electronically through Coupa and adjust your approach accordingly. Additionally, you'll coordinate escalations to the Program Manager and follow up on supplier requests in a timely manner.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as you'll work directly with customers to provide updates and troubleshoot challenges. Experience with cXML invoicing integration, Microsoft Word, and Excel is highly valued. Fluency in English (C1 or better) is essential for effective communication.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also provide benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

  • Experience with cXML invoicing integration
  • Excellent understanding of cXML Punchout
  • Microsoft Word and Excel advanced user skills
  • Fluent English language skills (C1 or better)
  • Customer-facing experience and comfortable working directly with customers
