Quality Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our dynamic team at High Scale Creative, a leading creative agency dedicated to delivering impactful solutions for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and enforcing quality assurance processes across all phases of creative project development. This includes collaborating with department heads to define and maintain quality standards for creative deliverables, conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, and leading training initiatives to enhance the skills and awareness of quality standards among team members.

This is an excellent opportunity to drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement within a fast-paced creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes across all phases of creative project development.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a quality management role within a creative advertising agency or a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
