Strategic Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Recruitment Specialist to join our team at TDCX. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and identifying top talent.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and selection, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. They must also be proficient in using ERP systems and possess excellent communication skills in English.
In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, and lead the recruitment team to achieve their targets. You will also establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners to fuel the recruitment process.
A successful Talent Development and Acquisition Lead will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment results, meeting deadlines, and working effectively under pressure. They will also have a strong understanding of the workforce and hiring requirements, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers
- Lead the recruitment team to achieve their targets and deliver high-quality recruitment results
- Establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners to fuel the recruitment process
- Analyze data and make informed decisions to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in any field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in recruitment and selection
- Proficient in using ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
