About the Role

As a Global Client Support Associate, you will play a vital role in our 24/7 client support system, providing exceptional service to our EMEA clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating expert interviews, resolving client inquiries promptly, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. This opportunity allows you to contribute significantly to client satisfaction and build strong relationships across continents.

Key Responsibilities

Your specific duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Provide top-notch customer service to European clients after 7 pm Central European Time
  • Coordinate expert interviews and consultations for European clients, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication
  • Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and urgent requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Bridge time zones to ensure timely support for European clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Team to optimize support operations and enhance client experiences
  • Serve as a guardian of seamless service and exceptional support across continents
  • Up uphold the highest compliance standards in line with our clients' requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 0-1 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably with scheduling or coordination experience
  • Fluent English language skills, including written and verbal communication
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Availability to work 10:30 am – 7:30 pm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written abilities
  • Attention to detail, ideally in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A passion for continuous learning, especially in technology-enabled environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior colleagues and experts
  • Desire to work as part of a collaborative team
