Business Development Representative

About the Role
HyperComply is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for HyperComply.
- Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings and demos with prospects.
- Familiarize prospects with HyperComply's products and services and be a trusted point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily, meeting weekly metrics.
- Acquire key prospect data from initial conversations, the web, and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified leads and demos scheduled.
Requirements
- Geographically located in Colombia and able to work in North American time zones.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated, with a proven track record of success in B2B technical sales.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new business.
