About the Role

HyperComply is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for HyperComply.
  2. Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings and demos with prospects.
  3. Familiarize prospects with HyperComply's products and services and be a trusted point of contact throughout the sales process.
  4. Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily, meeting weekly metrics.
  5. Acquire key prospect data from initial conversations, the web, and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM.
  6. Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified leads and demos scheduled.

Requirements

  1. Geographically located in Colombia and able to work in North American time zones.
  2. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Self-starter and self-motivated, with a proven track record of success in B2B technical sales.
  4. 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new business.
