Job Title: Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is a key member of the Dynatrace sales team, responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the APM software field sales organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers based on defined criteria, ensuring a strong fit for Dynatrace's APM solutions.
  2. Profile Accounts: Conduct research on assigned accounts using various tools, including Google, LinkedIn, and Jigsaw, to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
  3. Drive Outbound Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategy to generate new business opportunities, including cold calling and email outreach.
  4. Collaborate with Field Sales: Partner with field sales representatives to generate demand and qualify leads, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
  5. Provide Feedback: Offer input to marketing on the quality of leads from marketing programs, helping to refine and improve the lead generation process.
