Job Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in creating and delivering high-quality reports and business analysis to external clients and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will partner with field staff and corporate management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with field staff and corporate management to prepare and deliver client reports and business analysis.
  • Verify the accuracy and validity of data to ensure the integrity of data input for preparing client reports and analysis.
  • Acquire, analyze, interpret, and summarize critical data into meaningful information.
  • Apply individual discretion in editing and revising reports for accuracy, clarity, and value to the recipient.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting, including operational cyclical and routine reporting.
  • Create historical and industry benchmarking comparison reports, researching and updating client data as needed.
  • Provide analysis support to sales, marketing, and operations teams on audit history research, vendor claims history, and claim type/category.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to streamline and improve current processes and reporting.
  • Prioritize multiple reports to meet set scope and deadlines.
  • Conduct key performance indicator (KPI) analysis for clients.
  • Perform research and analysis on potential prospect clients, assisting client service V/Ps with client data research.
  • Develop ad hoc reports as required.
  • Contribute to the success of the organization by helping others accomplish job results, learning new skills, and finding new ways to help the team.
