As a Business Solutions Analyst at Mas Global, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation by analyzing complex data-centric issues and communicating possible root causes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system issues and collaborate with product owners, other analysts, and developers to design and implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze user stories, technical design, and business logic to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in story estimations and collaborate on approach ideation to drive project success
- Participate in system implementation projects, including requirements documentation, system configuration, test documentation or execution, issue identification, and resolution
- Oversee functional test plans and acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Execute and analyze core system functional tests to identify and resolve issues
- Analyze, triage, and help answer escalated UAT and production issues and questions
- Assist with internal training and release elevation to ensure seamless knowledge transfer
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, engineering, or business-related fields
- 2+ years of experience as a business system, product, technical, or data analyst
- 2+ years of software system development experience, with primary focus in cloud technologies (preferably AWS)
- 2+ years of experience working in an agile team; familiar with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with SQL, Linux, data comparison and analysis, and API documentation tools
- Ability to independently analyze complex data-centric issues and communicate possible root causes
- Desire to dig into problems and collaborate with product owners, other analysts, and developers to resolve complex system issues
- Ability to work with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
