Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Analyst to join our team. As a Lead Product Analyst, you will be responsible for providing innovative and insightful analysis that influences and guides our product teams and business stakeholders on how to improve our customer's online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Problem-Solving: Enjoy spending time solving problems at the detailed level, using the latest technical approaches and have a strong understanding of data requirements and capabilities, functional usability, technical design, and software development.
- Analysis and Insights: Provide innovative and insightful analysis that influences and guides our product teams and business stakeholders on how to improve our customer's online shopping experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Metrics and Reporting: Create and identify metrics from various sources to highlight patterns, trends, and opportunities. Help build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate ad hoc analysis and improve data-driven decision-making at all levels of the business.
- Solution Development: Work with business & technology stakeholders to identify solution options that will achieve business objectives and drive consensus agreement with actionable steps.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Mind: Strong analytical mind that is customer focused and has a strong understanding of customer experiences and preferences.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams.
- Tools and Technology: Proficient in customer insight tools like FullStory, BizRate, or similar tools.
- Retail Ecommerce Experience: Retail Ecommerce experience preferred.
- Language Skills: Upper-intermediate English level.
