We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Associate to join our team at LatamCent. This individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs to support our revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for our revenue teams, including onboarding, coaching, and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust onboarding program to ensure new hires are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to support the development of our revenue teams.
- Monitor and analyze training program effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and training.
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
