Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline partner finance processes and ensure seamless transactions. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for building operational frameworks, driving monthly activities, and developing business partnerships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance partner finance efficiency and accuracy
  • Drive processing of partner finance-related monthly activities, including virtual card expense reconciliations and invoice management
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including FP&A, Accounting, Revenue, and Partner Alliances
  • Ensure smooth transition of partner-related finance, reporting, and tracking requirements from current teams
  • Review open POs to ensure adequate funding and alignment with owners
  • Support partner management manager with net new partner agreements and reporting script changes
  • Order form support for supply chain and app marketplace partners
  • Maintain accurate process documentation for expense/income related partner programs
  • Support other internal organizations managing partner processes
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with US-based employees
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
  • Methodical and analytical approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented mindset for finance projects
  • Familiarity with process mapping and documentation creation
  • 4+ years of experience in business operations or financial analysis
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively between all levels within the organization

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
