About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at Dhl Global Forwarding (Colombia) S.A.S. in Bogotá, Colombia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in developing leadership attributes and skills within logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of monthly status and performance reports for the Office of Freight Revenue (OFR) based on the status of quotes and related operations.
- Work closely with the Team Lead to ensure a smooth operation and maintain a good relationship with Business Partners (BPs).
- Perform quality checks on the performance of the team and provide support on questions and escalations.
- Conduct regular calls with BPs to discuss open topics and issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- One to two years of experience in logistics processes, preferably in maritime logistics.
- Excellent MS Excel and other MS Office tools skills.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate autonomy.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately $2,546,000 per year, plus a performance bonus up to 16% of salary and a food allowance of $95,564. We offer an indefinite contract directly with Dhl Global Forwarding (Colombia) S.A.S.
