Job Summary

Convatec is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our offensive security team, you will be responsible for helping ensure Convatec remains protected from evolving cyber threats. This role will involve defining red teaming exercises, completing penetration testing, and overseeing the quality of work completed by less senior team members. You will also be responsible for managing the bug bounty program, including the scope of the program. Some key areas, such as red teaming and bug bounty scope, will require pre-approval by the Senior Director, Cyber and Security. You will be allocated a budget for spending on technologies to support testing for the offensive security team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help ensure Convatec remains protected from evolving cyber threats.
  • Define red teaming exercises and complete penetration testing.
  • Oversee the quality of work completed by less senior team members.
  • Manage the bug bounty program, including the scope of the program.
  • Allocate a budget for spending on technologies to support testing for the offensive security team.

Key Requirements
  • Highly reliable and ethical person.
  • Strong understanding of penetration testing concepts and techniques.
  • Ability to think creatively and independently.
  • Ability to act as technical mentor for the offensive security testing lead role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GCIH, CREST, or equivalent.
