Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM technologies that enable secure access to our Privileged Access Management (PAM) suite.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for CyberArk & Conjur products, providing insight and direction for operational best practices to protect administrators, applications, and service accounts.
  • Support projects to develop and deliver new security features within CyberArk & Conjur, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Manage password rotations, malfunctions, account creations, changes, integrations, and policy maintenance, maintaining high levels of system operability.
  • Maintain vendor relationships for application roadmap understanding, training opportunities, and ongoing support, ensuring we stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about changes and issues related to the application, providing timely updates and resolutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies, cyber threats, and cybersecurity trends, applying this knowledge to enhance our security posture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Four years of IT experience.
  • Three or more years of professional experience as an Identity Access Management Engineer or similar role, designing and implementing at an enterprise level on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Experience with development and support of CyberArk & Conjur.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.) for automation.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Solid understanding of cloud directory services, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Directory.
  • Proficient in enterprise IAM solutions like Azure AD/Entra ID, SailPoint, and Okta.
  • Familiar with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.
  • Skilled in logging and monitoring tools, such as Splunk.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon AWS, particularly AWS Secret Manager, AWS Session Manager, and AWS CloudWatch.

About the Role

This is a fully remote position based in Colombia, offering a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
