E-commerce Assistant Role Overview

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and want to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company. As an E-commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial part in managing the Shopify store, ensuring seamless communication with customers and manufacturers, and driving business expansion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure smooth product flow and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Business Development: Conduct wholesale outreach to expand the brand's presence and drive revenue growth.
  • E-commerce Operations: Manage the Shopify backend, including data analysis, product imports, and listing creation to optimize online sales.
  • Marketing: Develop and manage engaging newsletter flows to boost customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze e-commerce data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks to support overall business operations.

Requirements
  • Shopify Expertise: Proficiency in Shopify platform and e-commerce operations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service and wholesale communications.
  • Data Analysis: Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
  • Faith-Based Background: Faith-based background preferred but not required.
  • Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
