About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Pearl. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our e-commerce business through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Management: Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other channels to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our internal design and email teams to develop strategic design briefs and ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports to stakeholders on media performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on e-commerce growth.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Shopify and data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize for ROAS while identifying new revenue opportunities.
