About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager DMT to join our team at Beiersdorf. As a Key Account Manager DMT, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive aggressive medium and long-term growth for our direct customers, including Cruz Verde, Farmatodo, and Locatel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategy to drive growth and profitability for our direct customers.
  • Work closely with our sales team and stakeholders to ensure optimal product staging and distribution in retail environments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at our direct customers.
  • Formulate and implement the direct channel strategy and concrete initiatives to develop customers.
  • Realize revenue, market share, and profitability targets, with a focus on maximizing sales in Cruz Verde, Farmatodo, and Locatel.
  • Execute national and customer-specific marketing activities on- and offline.
  • Prepare and execute customer meetings and annual meetings with top customers.
  • Ensure implementation of EM Workstreams (MSL/Trax, Picos/DMS).
  • Handle strategic sales topics in project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 5 years of professional experience in sales/marketing/shopper and category management or in comparable functions.
  • Strong affinity for conceptual work and negotiation skills.
  • Assertiveness and self-confident appearance.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Practical experience in negotiation and discussion techniques.
  • Previous experience managing the following customers: Cruz Verde, Farmatodo, Locatel.
