Key Responsibilities

  • Craft comprehensive responses to RFIs and RFPs, along with technical and commercial proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to formulate PSAs and SOWs.
  • Design project plans for implementation, consulting, and integration initiatives with clients, overseeing project execution.
  • Coordinate with Datacenter Operations, R&D, Support, and other divisions to resolve technical challenges encountered during implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the entire Acronis product suite, offering expert consultations to clients as necessary.
  • Evaluate client implementation and integration strategies, providing recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
  • Showcase new product features and engage clients in assessing new product launches.
  • Monitor client run rates and devise remediation strategies in response to negative trends.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Datacenter Operations, Support, Product, and other teams to prioritize and track client incidents and feature requests.
  • Regularly update clients on the status of support cases, incidents, and feature requests.
  • Manage escalation processes, produce internal and client-facing executive summaries, and conduct root cause analyses.
  • Provide insights to Acronis Product Management based on client feedback.
  • Conduct quarterly review meetings to discuss run rates, key projects, and upcoming activities.
  • Oversee internal organizational development projects, ensuring consistent execution and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience in at least three of the following areas: SaaS, IaaS, storage solutions, hypervisors, backup and disaster recovery, RestAPI, IP network design/administration, data center/infrastructure design/operations, database administration, Python scripting, dashboards/reports, and server administration.
  • At least 3 years in a Project Manager or Technical Account Manager position within a software or systems integration firm.
  • Possession of security certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business analysis, project management, risk management, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Adept at engaging with various stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in a second language (French, German, or Spanish).
