Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC is a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Latam Accounts Payable Lead to join our team.
About the Role:The Latam Accounts Payable Lead will be responsible for providing strong oversight and support to the relationship with 3rd party providers for all AP related activities. This includes identifying opportunities for PTP process improvements, driving flawless delivery of service, and evaluating and resolving issues with accounts payable processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strong oversight and support to the relationship with 3rd party providers for all AP related activities.
- Identify opportunities for PTP process improvements and drive flawless delivery of service.
- Evaluate and resolve issues with accounts payable processes.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues at all levels of the LATAM organization to promote Accounts Payable process standardization and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- 4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of audit controls and requirements.
- Significant procure-to-pay experience within an organization of similar size and complexity, ideally gained within an FMCG environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and/or an automated accounting system.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, flexible, self-motivated, and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.
