Customer Experience Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Operations Manager to lead our contact centre team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that KPIs are met and providing coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet their targets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field and possess strong project and resource management skills. They will also have excellent decision making and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the contact centre to ensure that KPIs are met
- Develop, review and distribute daily, weekly and monthly performance and service reports
- Establish work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards
- Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet their targets
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience leading, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision making and analytical skills
