Job Expectations: As a Customer Experience Manager, you will lead a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities. You will establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results. Additionally, you will identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication. To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. You must also be able to provide constructive criticism and implement corrective action plans. A high-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards and a passion for the development of teammates are required. This position could either be work from home or on-site at Pereira.
