We are hiring a Program Manager to work with our Engineering team. In this role, the Program Manager interfaces with team members and stakeholders to build products and solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams, promoting Agile values and continuous improvement.
  2. Facilitate team ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  3. Work with Product Manager/Product Owner and Development Lead counterparts to ensure user stories are development-ready and deliverables align with business priorities.
  4. Track iteration status and resolve impediments or blocked user stories as needed.
  5. Contribute to quarterly planning, project scheduling, and release management.
  6. Facilitate meetings and cross-team coordination to resolve dependencies, manage expectations, and achieve alignment with stakeholders.
  7. Ensure successful deliverable completion despite varying complexity challenges.
  8. Co-create new ideas with the team to improve performance and productivity.
  9. Document processes and help define improvements by working with teams to identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
  10. Facilitate data-driven team analysis of metrics to identify trends and perform experiments for continuous improvement.
  11. Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree (preferably BSCS, BSEE, or similar) or equivalent experience.
  2. 3+ years' hands-on experience as Scrum Master for software development teams practicing Agile/Scrum.
  3. Demonstrated end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) implementation experience delivering high-quality, customer-facing commercial software offerings on time using Agile methodologies.
  4. Experience working with diverse stakeholders to build strong relationships across the organization.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach.
  6. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Strong facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire continuous improvement.
  8. Data-driven analysis skills for measuring and managing delivery.
  9. Experience using Agile tools and proficient in Jira.
  10. Proven organizational, time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  11. Tech-savvy and open to learning new things.
  12. Comfortable operating in rapidly changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working as a software developer or engineer.
  2. General project management experience.
  3. Hands-on experience managing projects that interface with external, third-party stakeholders and vendors.
  4. Experience working with global teams.
