Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing phases of the project.
  • Analyze data, create reports, and track project progress using Excel.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Identify potential issues or risks and propose effective solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status and updates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include:

  • A standard Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
  • This is a bilingual position.
  • 40 hours per week.
