Job Summary

The Program Management Director at Publicis Global Delivery works closely with account teams and leadership to deliver client campaign planning, execution, management, and analysis. This role requires daily interaction with clients and involves building and maintaining strong working relationships. Additionally, the Program Management Director collaborates with project management, strategy, data, analytics, and creative teams to define client opportunities and deliver solutions aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client marketing strategies and communicate how current data insights and tactics align with long-term objectives.
  • Anticipate client questions and prepare thoughtful responses.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve client service and drive business growth.
  • Perform daily client contact and coordinate deliverables for weekly status reports.
  • Develop and present creative briefs to clients and internal teams, contributing to the review of creative work throughout the development process.
  • Partner with the project management team to ensure commitments are realistic, within scope, and delivered without error.
  • Prioritize and set expectations for deliverables.
  • Drive client communication and cross-team coordination.
  • Support billing and financial reconciliation activities.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes.
  • Contribute to marketing reporting and provide insights.
