Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Leader to drive the creation and maintenance of robust analytics solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ETLs and dashboards to support our data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business intelligence solutions to enhance stakeholders' decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and data quality systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Design and develop ETLs to feed services or data models, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Identify business needs to improve commercial and technical KPIs, driving business growth and success.
  • Implement and manage databases, ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Develop integrations with external APIs to connect multiple services or data models, enhancing data exchange and collaboration.
  • Accomplish sprint objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Document developments, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Design data architectures, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
  • Communicate technical developments to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, used for data mining, data analysis, and ETL processes.
  • Experience working with data pipelines, ensuring data flow and integration.
  • Experience with Git, ensuring version control and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies in Amazon Web Services, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
  • Knowledge of Airflow, ensuring workflow automation and efficiency.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, ensuring effective communication.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, ensuring project management and collaboration.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, ensuring adaptability and flexibility.
