- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties such as formatting employee handbooks, templates, forms, etc.
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and HR.
- Organizational Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Starter: Self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects, as assigned.
