UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to manage all aspects of Human Resources for our Nearshoring Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage full cycle recruitment process, and ensure accurate candidate information and hiring status documentation.
  2. Employee Relations: Promotes practices to drive alignment and consistency in the culture and employee experience within the organization, serves as a liaison between UniFirst and Serviap, and coordinates benefits administration and wellness programs.
  3. Employee Engagement: Manages and facilitates new hire onboarding activities, including all pre-hire activities, welcome orientation, and engagement throughout the first 90 days, partners with team managers to create employee engagement initiatives, and promotes and provides guidance on company policies and procedures.
  4. Compliance: In conjunction with Serviap, assist with workplace investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, maintain legal compliance for the location, and perform exit interviews and maintain data for quarterly reporting.
  5. HR Generalist: Perform a range of HR tasks, including maintaining employee files and records, supporting other business units and projects as needed, and supporting the billing process with Serviap.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual, English C1 required.
  • 5-7+ years of increasingly responsible experience as an HR professional.
  • Experience working in a nearshoring program for a multinational organization strongly preferred.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or equivalent required.
