Revenue Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Associate to join our team at LatamCent. This individual will play a key role in onboarding, developing, and training a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales Associates/Executives (SAs/SEs).
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver a comprehensive, 3-week training program for new hires, focusing on sales skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain all onboarding curriculums, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
- Facilitate classroom and blended learning experiences, promoting engagement and knowledge retention.
- Host coaching sessions on soft skills, such as objection handling, discovery, and negotiation.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of our onboarding program, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and learning programs across our core GTM roles (SDRs and SAs).
- 2+ years of relevant enablement/sales training experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end onboarding programs for SDRs and SAs, yielding optimized ramp times.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, particularly in SaaS sales, and experience onboarding revenue roles.
- Excellent audience engagement skills, with the ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, with strong judgment and an eye for the nuances of our business.
- Proficient in English and based in Colombia.
