Revenue Enablement Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Associate to drive business growth by developing and implementing effective training programs for our revenue teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver best-in-class training programs for revenue roles, including SDRs, Sales, Client Strategy, and Business Development.
- Build and maintain onboarding curriculums, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires.
- Facilitate classroom and blended learning experiences, promoting engagement and retention.
- Host coaching sessions on soft skills, such as objection handling, discovery, and negotiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Analyze ramp tracking metrics and anecdotal data to assess the impact of our onboarding program.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and learning programs across our organization.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant enablement/sales training experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and audience engagement skills, with the ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- C2 Level English proficiency.
- Experience building best-in-class training programs, including live training, async assignments, certification programs, and evaluation mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, particularly in SaaS sales, and experience onboarding revenue roles.
