Job Summary

Health Prime Intl LLC is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing revenue cycle management transactions and other processes to ensure quality, prompt payment, and adherence to our organization's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design of scorecard formats and quality standards.
  • Perform evaluation and monitoring, and provide trend data to the management team.
  • Use quality monitoring data to compile and track performance at the team and individual level.
  • Coordinate and facilitate calibration sessions with management.
  • Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
  • Conduct organization training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Participate in the training design by providing feedback where knowledge gaps are identified by the Quality team.
  • Conduct quality activities for all functional areas of the team.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of medical billing experience.
  • B2+ Level English written and oral.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, sufficient for both internal and customer-facing communications.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and organize assigned tasks and workflow.
  • 6 months experience conducting quality reviews.
  • Strong knowledge of AR processes and procedures, a plus.
